Arrival and departure
Self check-in is standard across the portfolio, with attended arrival available on request. There is no reception desk, no fixed arrival window and no circumstance in which a guest waits outside a building for a key.
How arrival works
Access arrangements are issued before travel, so a guest lands in London already knowing how they enter the building and the apartment.
Late arrivals
Because entry is coded and instructions are issued in advance, arrival time is immaterial to us. Guests routinely check in after midnight, and a delayed flight requires no action beyond letting us know if you would like us to hold the apartment beyond the arrival date.
This is the practical distinction from a conventional letting, where access depends on an agent or landlord being available, and from a small hotel, where a late arrival may mean a locked door and a telephone number nobody answers.
Optional arrangements
Where the apartment is free, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance. Both are subject to availability and to a modest additional charge, which we confirm before it is applied. Where the preceding or following reservation prevents it, we will say so rather than leave the request open.
Additional housekeeping during a stay, including daily servicing, can also be arranged for an additional charge. Baby cots, high chairs and additional bedding are provided on request.
