From three nights for short business trips, and from about one month for relocations and project assignments. There is no maximum — we regularly run stays of six to twelve months.

Yes. Assignments move, and the terms are built for that. Extensions are usually straightforward subject to availability, and we handle the change in writing without renegotiating from scratch. For stays of 28 nights or more, ending early needs 7 days’ notice by email — the detail is in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

There is no twelve-month lease, no employer reference, no UK guarantor and no six-to-eight-week deposit. Your people do not open utility accounts in their own names and are not billed for council tax. For an assignment measured in months, it removes almost all of the administration a tenancy creates — for the employee and for whoever in your organisation would otherwise be managing it.

Yes. If you place staff regularly, or need several apartments at once, we agree rates and terms that reflect that volume rather than quoting each booking cold. Tell us the likely pattern and we will price accordingly.

Yes. However many people and stays are involved, your finance team can receive a single consolidated invoice rather than a stack of booking receipts, with cost allocation by traveller or project where you need it.

Yes — we invoice companies directly and work to standard corporate payment terms, so relocation teams, HR and PAs can book without putting anything on a personal card. Tell us your process and we will fit around it. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and we cannot issue a VAT invoice.

A finished, fully equipped home: furniture throughout, bed linen and towels for everyone staying, a kitchen with pans, knives, crockery, glassware and cutlery, an iron, hairdryer and vacuum, a smart TV with streaming services already signed in, and fast broadband connected before arrival. Your people can arrive with hand luggage and work and cook normally the same evening.

Yes — electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband are all inside the rate. Nothing is opened in the employee’s name, so there is nothing to set up on arrival and no closing bill after they leave.

Regularly throughout the stay, with fresh linen and towels each time. The schedule depends on the apartment and the length of the stay, and we confirm it in writing before anyone moves in.

Yes. You get one named contact who knows your requirements, your budget bands and your preferred neighbourhoods, so nobody is re-explaining the brief on every booking.
