+ How do I refer someone?

Simply introduce them through your referral link or by letting us know their details with their permission, and we take it from there. Your referral is tracked to you, and you're rewarded when they come on board — there's no cost or catch to joining.

+ How much do I earn per referral?

You earn a share for every owner you introduce who signs up — the exact reward depends on the property and arrangement, which we'll confirm when you join the programme. It's a straightforward way to monetise your network of London property contacts.

+ Flat fee or recurring commission?

We work on a recurring commission of your booking revenue rather than a flat monthly fee, so we only earn when your property earns — our incentives stay aligned with filling your calendar at the best rate. There's no fixed retainer to pay in quiet months.

+ When and how am I paid?

On a regular cycle, usually monthly, by bank transfer, accompanied by an itemised statement covering booking revenue, commission and any at-cost expenses. It all reconciles against your dashboard for full transparency.
