A studio apartment on Inverness Terrace in Bayswater, three minutes on foot from Queensway and six from Kensington Gardens. A double bed, a fitted kitchen and a walk-in shower room, all newly finished, make it a comfortable base for one or two in Zone 1 — with every bill contained in the rate.
What you get
The studio is arranged as a single room with a high ceiling, a tall sash window and herringbone floors: a double bed dressed in French linen with hotel-weight towels, fitted wardrobes, and a kitchen with an induction hob, oven and fridge along one wall. The shower room is newly tiled with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
The kitchen is fully equipped for genuine cooking rather than reheating: hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, with cookware, knives, crockery, glassware and cutlery to match. The living room has a smart television with Netflix and the other streaming services already signed in, and high-speed broadband runs throughout the apartment and is active the moment you arrive.
Bayswater is a quiet grid of white-stucco terraces on the north side of Kensington Gardens, with Queensway’s restaurants and Whiteleys at the end of the street and Portobello Road two stops away. Queensway and Bayswater stations put the Central, District and Circle lines within five minutes, and Paddington adds the Elizabeth line and the Heathrow Express.

Reservations made directly with Prime Host may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before check-in, and dates may be amended without charge within the same period subject to availability. Stays of 28 nights or more require 7 days’ notice by email. Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo are governed by that platform’s policy.
