What you get
The studio is a single open-plan room with a sleeping area, seating area and a kitchenette, furnished to the same standard as the rest of the Prime Host portfolio.
The kitchenette is equipped for genuine cooking rather than reheating: hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, with cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery to match. The seating area has a smart television with the usual streaming services signed in, and high-speed broadband runs throughout the apartment.
Hammersmith Road sits between Hammersmith and Kensington Olympia, a short walk from Brook Green and Hammersmith Broadway’s shops and restaurants, with the District, Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines all within easy reach.

Booking conditions
Reservations made directly with Prime Host may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before check-in, and dates may be amended without charge within the same period subject to availability. Stays of 28 nights or more require 7 days’ notice by email. Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo are governed by that platform’s policy.
Occupancy is granted by licence for the reserved dates. No assured tenancy arises and no security of tenure is conferred, which is what permits the flexibility described above. The position is set out in full in our Terms and Conditions.
