The apartment
A one-bedroom apartment on Polygon Road in Somers Town, six minutes on foot from Euston and ten from King’s Cross St Pancras. A double bedroom and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two make it a practical base for a couple, a small family or colleagues in town for a few days — with a full kitchen, a proper living room and every bill contained in the rate.
What you get
The apartment is arranged over two floors, with its own private stair. The bedroom holds a double bed dressed in French linen with hotel-weight towels, and the living room takes a sofa bed that sleeps a further two in comfort, giving a total capacity of four. Herringbone floors run throughout, and there is a bathroom on each level.
The kitchen is fully equipped for genuine cooking rather than reheating: hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, with cookware, knives, crockery, glassware and cutlery to match. The living room has a smart television with Netflix and the other streaming services already signed in, and high-speed broadband runs throughout the apartment and is active the moment you arrive.
Somers Town is the quiet residential pocket between Euston and King’s Cross — garden squares and low terraces, with the British Library, Granary Square and the Regent’s Canal a short walk away. Two of the country’s biggest stations sit within ten minutes of the front door, putting six Underground lines, the national rail network and the Eurostar within easy reach.

Reservations made directly with Prime Host may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before check-in, and dates may be amended without charge within the same period subject to availability. Stays of 28 nights or more require 7 days’ notice by email. Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo are governed by that platform’s policy.
