The apartment
A two-bedroom apartment at Ivor Court, the red-brick mansion block on Gloucester Place, four minutes on foot from Baker Street and six from Regent’s Park. Two double bedrooms, a panelled reception room and a separate dining area and a sofa bed in the reception room make it a considered base for a family or two couples travelling together — with a full kitchen and every bill contained in the rate.
What you get
The apartment is arranged over a single floor and has been finished to a high specification: herringbone floors, panelled walls, brass fittings and bay windows over the street. Each of the two bedrooms holds a double bed dressed in French linen with hotel-weight towels, and the reception room takes a sofa bed that sleeps a further two in comfort, giving a total capacity of six, with a separate dining table seating six.
The kitchen is fully equipped for genuine cooking rather than reheating: hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, with cookware, knives, crockery, glassware and cutlery to match. The living room has a smart television with Netflix and the other streaming services already signed in, and high-speed broadband runs throughout the apartment and is active the moment you arrive.
Marylebone is the quiet half of the West End — mansion blocks, garden squares and the village-scale shops of Marylebone High Street, with Regent’s Park at the top of the road and Wigmore Hall and the Wallace Collection a short walk away. Baker Street puts five Underground lines four minutes from the front door, and Bond Street and Oxford Circus are each within ten minutes.

Reservations made directly with Prime Host may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before check-in, and dates may be amended without charge within the same period subject to availability. Stays of 28 nights or more require 7 days’ notice by email. Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo are governed by that platform’s policy.
