+ What does the design service include?

Space planning, a guest-first colour and material palette, furniture and lighting selection, soft furnishings, artwork and styling — sourced, supplied and installed to a short-let-ready finish. It's designed to photograph beautifully and withstand heavy guest use, and you approve the scheme before we build it.

+ Do you supply and install the furniture?

Yes — we handle sourcing, delivery, assembly and installation, so you get a finished, guest-ready home rather than a pile of flat-packs. Everything is selected for durability and photography and signed off with you before we order.

+ Can I see the design before it’s built?

Yes. Before anything is bought or installed we present the scheme — layouts, palettes, furniture selections and, for larger projects, photorealistic 3D visuals — so you can see and sign off the finished look in advance. Nothing proceeds until you're happy with the design.

Yes. Tell us the budget and we'll design the staging or fit-out to land within it, prioritising the pieces that most affect guest perception and nightly rate. You'll see the plan and costs before we buy anything, with no surprises.
